Concrete Couture
Together with my Graphic Design classmates at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, we developed the branding for @concretecouturepr, a concept created for the university’s Fashion students. As a team, we brought this idea to life by designing the logo and its variations, selecting the color palette, and choosing the typography. It was an incredible creative process that blended our graphic design skills with the innovative vision of the fashion students—a true collaboration that showcased the best of both disciplines.

Chain logo
The concept for this logo is inspired by common construction site materials, such as chains. Since this is a variation of the main logo, I chose to use the initials of Concrete Couture and applied a grunge-style typography. The 3D effect features a copper material, but with the color adjusted to a dark, black-toned finish.
Chain Effect Pattern
For this project, my task was to create a pattern for the brand. To achieve the final result, I used Adobe Illustrator to design a chain-like effect. I also aimed to incorporate the variant logo into the pattern.

Brandboard
The brand board for Concrete Couture combines a bold, industrial aesthetic with a sustainable edge, as seen in its use of rough stencil typography and eco-inspired icons. The main logo features a stylized “C” and “C” in a distressed font (BurnaBaby Stencil) to reflect a gritty, urban identity.
A repeating chain-like pattern reinforces the brand’s raw, structural influence, while the use of green, beige, and black tones ties into themes of eco-brutalism. The brand employs a clean, modern typeface (Pelago Bold and Medium) for secondary text to balance the rough texture of the main logo. Applications of the brand can be seen in editorial spreads, mockups, and social media, showing its adaptability across print and digital formats.

Mockups
The mockups were a central part of the process since the fashion students would be using them for the Instagram account and promoting their brand.
